PowerMTA is a high-performance mail transfer agent used
by serious senders handling 100K+ emails per month.
If you're running bulk email campaigns, transactional
sends, or cold outreach at volume — a properly configured
PowerMTA server will give you full control over
deliverability, bounce handling, and IP reputation
that shared SMTP providers simply can't match.
Usually one or more of these: missing or misaligned
SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, a blacklisted sending IP,
poor list hygiene (high bounce rate), sending from
a new unwarmed IP, or content-level spam triggers.
Our deliverability audit covers all of these and
delivers a prioritized remediation roadmap.
Typically 4–8 weeks depending on your target daily
volume. A structured warm-up starts with small sends
to your most engaged contacts and scales gradually
as positive engagement signals build your IP reputation
with major mailbox providers. Rushing this process
is the most common cause of deliverability failures
on new infrastructure.
Yes — we start with a full audit of your current
DNS authentication, IP reputation, blocklist status,
and list hygiene. Most deliverability problems have
identifiable root causes and clear fixes. We've
recovered inbox placement from under 20% to over
90% for clients with the right remediation plan
in place.
Web Development
No — we work across WordPress/Elementor, Next.js,
Firebase, and custom HTML/CSS stacks. WordPress is
our most common platform for business sites and
blogs, but for LMS platforms, SaaS MVPs, and
performance-critical applications we use Next.js
and Firebase. We recommend the right tool for
your specific use case, not the one we're most
comfortable with.
Yes — we handle full platform migrations including
content, DNS, SSL, and 301 redirects. We've migrated
sites from Squarespace, Wix, legacy WordPress installs,
and custom HTML to modern stacks with zero data loss
and no downtime during the cutover.
A standard WordPress build takes 5–10 business days
depending on page count and complexity. Platform
migrations typically take 2–3 days. Custom Next.js
applications are scoped individually — timelines
are agreed before work begins and included in the
fixed-price quote.
Automation & AI Workflows
n8n is a self-hosted workflow automation platform —
you own the installation, the data, and the
infrastructure. Unlike Zapier or Make, there are
no per-task charges, no data leaving your servers,
and no vendor price increases. For agencies and
businesses running high-volume automation, the
cost savings alone justify the switch within months.
Server provisioning automation, CRM-to-email
triggers, API integrations between any two systems
with a REST API, Telegram bot workflows, Google
Drive reporting, AI-assisted document generation,
chatbot flows, and scheduled data processing jobs.
If it has an API endpoint or webhook, we can
automate it.
No. Every workflow we deliver comes with full
documentation — a node-by-node explanation of
what fires, what it does, and how to modify it.
We also include a testing checklist and a 30-day
support window so you can ask questions after
handoff without additional charges.
Server & Security
Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Debian, and CentOS — across
aaPanel, Webmin, Plesk, and bare nginx/Apache
setups. We recommend AlmaLinux or Ubuntu LTS
for new deployments as they have the best
long-term support and security update cadences.
Full open port audit and closure of unnecessary
services, UFW or CSF firewall configuration,
SSH key-based authentication enforcement with
password auth disabled, fail2ban setup with
custom jail rules, automated daily backups to
remote S3-compatible storage, and a written
hardening report documenting every change made.
Yes — monthly management retainers include weekly
automated reports covering uptime, disk usage,
failed login attempts, and patch status. Incident
response is included in all retainer plans —
if something breaks, we're already watching the
alerts before you notice.
Pricing & Payment
All projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis
after a free scoping consultation — no hourly
billing, no scope creep surprises. You know
exactly what you're paying before work begins.
Ongoing retainers (monitoring, maintenance,
support) are priced as monthly flat fees.
We accept payments via Fiverr (for projects
sourced there), PayPal, Wise, and direct bank
transfer for larger engagements. Invoices are
issued via Etechinvest LLC with payment terms
agreed per project.
For new clients, we typically work on a 50%
deposit before work begins with the balance
due on delivery. For longer engagements,
milestone-based payment schedules are available.
Returning clients with a track record may
arrange different terms.
No. The price agreed in the scope document is
the price you pay. If a project expands beyond
the original scope, we notify you and agree on
additional compensation before doing the extra
work — never after.
Support & Process
Book a free 30-minute consultation via our
contact page. We'll review your current setup,
understand your goals, and tell you exactly
what we can deliver — before you commit to
anything. No sales pitch, just a technical
conversation.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch
support at no extra charge. During this period
we answer questions, fix any issues that arise,
and ensure the delivered system is working as
expected in production. After 30 days, monthly
support retainers are available.
Yes — we sign NDAs on request before any
sensitive information is shared. All client
data and project details are treated as
confidential by default regardless of whether
a formal NDA is in place.
Yes — we frequently work alongside in-house
developers, agencies, and other freelancers.
We document everything we build to professional
standards so handoffs to other team members
are clean and complete.
